Knowledge is king! You may have been diving for years and have 1 or 1000 dives logged but if you’re not familiar with the dive site or location then my advice is to use the services of a local dive guide.  Not only do you get to your chosen site without delay (Local knowledge driving as well as diving) but when onsite he/she can then advise the best dive to be done with the conditions of the day. Having dived the site many times a guide can show a dive site at its best by swimming many of the routes which encumber you seeing much more! Many of which are very easily passed without local knowledge.

A wreck dived once is never truly explored! A guide who has dived the wreck many times will endeavor to exploit all the best the wreck can offer to their customers so much more can be seen and done within the dive. When diving a reef the guide’s local knowledge of small caves; overhangs; tunnels; archers etc is invaluable and so much more can be seen within your dive.

The experience and knowledge of diving the Maltese islands within the Scuba Works Malta team expands to over 50years.We welcome your comments and any enquiries. Hope to see you diving with us in 2010
